I'm another title

James Baker - Home Manager

James had a passion to support people from a young age and followed that passion shortly after turning 18. Starting his career in a residential home for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, James continued to enjoy his career option and moved into a senior support role. Throughout his career, James has maintained a close link with health and social care gaining NVQ 3 and following a career change into recruitment for a care agency. Since 2012 James has managed a variety of settings including supported living and residential services and has worked closely within finance element of care.

All our staff are highly qualified and they constantly undergo training to improve. 

Above all, we carefully chose individuals who are compassionate, kind and truly devoted to care.
